RULES

for visiting the exhibition LeShow Moscow

 

Dear visitors!

Thank you for visiting our exhibition and let us remind you that when visiting LeShow Moscow, you must comply with these Rules, which are established in order to ensure your safe and comfortable stay on the territory of the LeShow exhibition.

  1. Entrance to the LeShow exhibition is permitted based on the visitor’s badge of the established form, the issue of which confirms the fact of the visitor’s registration for the event. A visitor’s badge is issued on the basis of an invitation card, personal electronic ticket or an entrance ticket purchased at one of the ticket offices of the Expocentre Fairgrounds and a filled in printed Visitor’s Questionnaire.

 

  1. On the days of business visit, there may be age restrictions on the admission of visitors to the event, which are indicated on the official website, registration desks, invitation tickets, personal electronic tickets and entrance tickets purchased at the box office of the Central Exhibition Complex.

 

  1. Admission of children under 14 years old to the exhibition is possible only if they are accompanied by adults.
  2. At the entrance to the territory of the Expocentre Fairgrounds, visitors must undergo a special control and personal inspection, which includes inspection of hand luggage and personal belongings (Federal Law No. 35 dated 06.03.2006, as amended on 08.11.2011, Federal Law No. 298 dated 15.11.2010, Law of Moscow No. 45 dated 21.11.2007 as amended on 26.06.2013, Recommendations of the Expert Council attached to the Moscow City Duma Security Commission “On Additional Measures to Ensure Security in Crowded Places» dated 04.02.2011, Federal Law No. 150 «On weapons» dated 13.12.1996).

 

  1. At the entrances to the exhibition pavilion, there are located «Fire evacuation schemes», which should be familiarized with in case of an emergency.

 

  1. In the event of an emergency on the territory of the Expocentre Fairgrounds, visitors are obliged to unquestioningly comply with the requirements of the employees of the exhibition complex and employees of a private security company.
  2. If a visitor finds abandoned things or suspicious objects on the territory of the LeShow exhibition, the visitor is obliged to immediately inform an employee of the LeShow organizer, an employee of the Expocentre Fairgrounds, an employee of a private security company or information desks located in the exhibition halls.

 

  1. It is prohibited to:

— transfer badges to third parties;

— bring in any types of firearms, gas and cold weapons;

— carry explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all kinds, poisonous and acrid substances;

— bring and consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic substances, be in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;

— enter the exhibition area with animals;

— enter the territory and premises that are closed to the public, use staff or technological entrances and driveways;

– move around the territory of the exhibition on bicycles, scooters, roller skates and other similar vehicles and sports facilities;

— perform actions that could become a source of threat to the property of the exhibition complex and / or property of the exhibition organizer, life or health of people located on the territory of the Expocentre Fairgrounds, a source of obstacles or violations in ensuring security on the territory of the exhibition and the Expocentre Fairgrounds;

— organize and conduct unauthorized meetings, demonstrations, processions, picketing on the territory of the exhibition, as well as other uncoordinated advertising campaigns, meetings, flash mobs;

— apply inscriptions, paste up and distribute printed materials, posters, flyers and other products of informational or advertising content, conduct propaganda activities;

— engage in begging, pollute and litter the territory of the exhibition;

— leave children unsupervised;

— engage in distribution of advertising materials of a company that does not take part in the current exhibition, as well as engage in promotional and advertising activities aimed at another exhibition event, with the exception of the organizer’s exhibitions;

— be in dirty clothes, with luggage, objects, products that may stain visitors and exhibits;

— smoke in the pavilions and open areas, with the exception of specially designated areas on the territory of the complex, indicated by yellow lines (Federal Law No. 15 dated 23.02.2013, «On protecting the health of citizens from exposure to ambient tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption»);

— hinder the performance of their official duties by employees of the Central Exhibition Complex and employees of a private security company, not to comply with their requirements to follow these Rules, maintain public order and ensure access and object regime;

  1. Visitors may be not admitted to the territory of the LeShow exhibition, or removed from it without reimbursement of the cost of the purchased tickets in the following cases:

— in case of refusal to undergo a personal inspection, as well as to present hand luggage and personal belongings for inspection;

— in case of being in a state of alcoholic, drug or toxic intoxication;

— when trying to enter the territory of the Fairgrounds with items prohibited for carrying;

— when committing acts that violate public order, as well as in case of begging;

— in case of failure to comply with the requirements of these Rules and officials in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

If necessary, violators can be handed over to law enforcement officers.

 

  1. On the territory of the Expocentre Fairgrounds, visitors have the opportunity to:

— if necessary, seek emergency medical help;

— receive information about the events held at the Fairgrounds;

— inform the employees of the Fairgrounds about the shortcomings in the organization of the event.
